Our coaching services are provided on a pay-in-advance basis. This means that payment is required before any coaching sessions or materials are delivered. Once payment is made, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for cancellation or termination of services. This policy ensures our commitment to providing you with a high-quality coaching experience.

2. Cancellation Policy

As our services are prepaid and designed to support founders with critical insights into raising venture capital, we do not accept cancellations after payment has been processed. All coaching sessions and resources are reserved and allocated based on your purchase, making cancellations or rescheduling not feasible.

3. Service Delivery

Upon payment, you will receive access to our coaching services, which may include:

  • Personalized coaching sessions (via video call or email).

  • Access to digital resources and materials.

  • Ongoing support through email for the duration of your engagement.

Coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability and communicated to you in advance. If you are unable to attend a session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will do our best to reschedule.
